The agreement expands on the two companies’ existing collaboration and is expected to help accelerate Capita’s goals of revenue growth, cost efficiencies and innovation. It is the first in a series of relationships with technology hyperscalers that Capita plans to leverage to enhance the use of best-in-class technology platforms, automation and Gen AI.
